Tag Rugby with Rachel

We learned how to put the Tag belt on.  It has velcro on it.  Velcro helps things stick together.
The soft fluffy part goes on the inside.

The hard pickly bit of the velcro is on the outside and grips the belt closed.

We stick two tags to the belt. They have a little bit of velcro to help them stick on.

We had to pull a tag from anyone's belt.

We had to stick the tags on our belt.  We do not hold on to them.  We must keep running to try to keep all our tags.

This is Rachel.  She is the Coach from Orkney Rugby Club.
She is going to teach us about playing fair, having fun and learning skills.

We put on coloured vests to show which team we are in.  You can only take tags from people in other teams.

At the end we rolled up the Tag belts and put them away carefully with the coloured vests.
Rachel said we had worked hard and played fair.  We said "Thank you".
She was pleased that we had remembered to take spare shoes and comfy trousers.
